Last year, a friend forwarded me a wanted notice from the industry, and I was shocked to see that it was about the administrative head of my former company, "He Mou".
The original message read:
"Our former employee, He XX, took advantage of his position to seriously violate professional ethics and harm the company's interests. The company takes this matter very seriously and has issued a reward of 20 million PESO, earnestly requesting assistance in cracking down on this illegal act."
Having been in the industry for many years, I know countless gossips and secrets but have always kept the bottom line, never actively exposing or commenting on the past of peers, not chasing the heat. Even now that I run a personal TG channel, I still keep industry secrets very close.
The person I once trusted most, He Mou, won the trust of everyone with an image of "loyalty, competence, and diligence," but behind the scenes, he played a script of "obeying in public but opposing in private, being inconsistent in words and deeds." Today, I will make an exception and talk about two things.
1. Colluding with local personnel in the Philippines to report the company, then turning around to "extort a solution"
In 2019, the Boniu community was taken down by the Philippine police. At that time, our team was shocked because we were just a supporting enterprise around, neither involved in gambling nor illegal activities, so it was surprising that we were precisely targeted.
Afterward, He Mou took the initiative to contact the person in charge, claiming he knew "people inside" and could help us "settle privately," but it would "cost some money."
However, when our capable friends tried to resolve it legally, he did everything to stop and persuade us to use "his way" to redeem people, repeatedly emphasizing that he had "analyzed the pros and cons."
Later, the person in charge told me he had a huge problem, and out of soft-heartedness and years of friendship, I did not doubt him and accepted the bad luck.
After this incident, the company was greatly damaged.
2. Entrusted to help sell cars, he ended up keeping the vehicles for himself
Later, when I left the Philippines, an Alfa and a sports car were handed over to He Mou to handle the sales. Since I trusted him at that time, I did not take extra precautions.
Half a year passed, and he always stalled with various excuses without discussing the progress of the sales. Until one day, he sent me a "small essay," starting with "many years of companionship" and "hard work," and ending with—
"Because my family member is sick and needs money, I have decided to keep these two cars for myself."
Yes, he didn't even bother to cover it up, blatantly telling me he took the cars and then disappeared from the face of the earth.
Later, it was that wanted notice circulating on the TG channel that made me fully understand: what I experienced was not all of this person's "evil deeds."
Here, I also want to remind everyone:
No matter how cautious you are in the industry, it's easy to guard against strangers but hard against acquaintances. Many truly fatal betrayals often come from the most trusted "honest person."
The industry is moving towards standardization, but human nature is always unpredictable. I hope everyone takes this as a lesson. For positions that manage accounts, consignment sales, personnel management, or external coordination, control must be institutionalized, and processes must be redundantly verified, not neglected due to familiarity.
This is a personal loss, but such incidents are happening every day in the industry now, they are dirty and tragic.

Everyone exists
Was the car found later?

My friend snatched back a car.
Those who can handle big tasks are just like this, hiding in the bushes and then coming out to hit you with their ultimate move.
Meng Ge
I heard it's someone from Yunnan.
What happened?
"2000P must be fake, right? The people who were always in touch with the channel never responded to messages."
Before, I often saw him in Makati, but then I didn't know where he went.

It's pretty awesome, the bounty is the same as Baolong's.
Did you hear that he now has hundreds of thousands of P? Is it true?

He and Zong are really fierce.
Has this person been caught?
