The Philippine court has ruled that the assets worth 189 million pesos from an illegal POGO (Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators) site seized last year in Mabalacat City, Pampanga Province, are now officially owned by the state. The site, which appears to be a high-end residential area, actually conceals fraudulent activities and human trafficking operations. It covers eight hectares and is equipped with a swimming pool, wine cellar, secret passages, and other facilities.
The site, known as "Baofu Community," has been disconnected from water and electricity supplies and has become a ruin. It is one of the eight large POGO sites that have been seized since 2022. According to the law, assets derived from or used in criminal activities can be legally confiscated.
The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) stated that the government might consider converting these sites into training centers, social welfare institutions, or selling them for victim compensation. Currently, another POGO site in Pampanga is still under judicial custody, awaiting further processing.

The sealed POGO park of Class Ban has assets worth 1.89 billion pesos reverted to state ownership.
