Jiuding Group Announcement on Exiting the Philippine Market
Dear Jiuding Group Members,
Thank you for your long-term support of Jiuding Group. Since its establishment in June 2021, every growth of Jiuding Group has been inseparable from your trust and choice.
Due to strategic adjustments, we will officially exit the Philippine market on May 7th.
All operations in the Philippine offline VIP lounges will be suspended, while Jiuding's overseas lounges and international operations will not be affected.
Please note the following arrangements for members in the Philippines:
Philippine Jiuding VIP Lounge Withdrawal Process
1. Effective immediately until May 9th: You can go to any Jiuding Group VIP lounge cashier to process withdrawals.
2. Manila customers, if the withdrawal amount exceeds 5 million PHP, please contact the customer service hotline to schedule an appointment. All withdrawal transactions will be free of charge.
3. Starting May 9th: Please contact customer service to confirm the withdrawal location.
