The Philippine National Police (PNP) today established an "Assistance Hub" at Plaza Lorenzo Ruiz in Binondo, Manila, specifically designed to provide police support and reporting services for foreigners, particularly the Chinese community.
PNP Chief Rommel Francisco Marbil stated that the center is staffed with multilingual assistants, including Chinese speakers, aimed at enhancing the convenience of reporting incidents such as scams, kidnappings, thefts, or human trafficking for foreign residents. The police hope to build a bridge of trust between the foreign community and law enforcement through this initiative.
"We want every foreigner living in the Philippines to feel safe and supported," emphasized Marbil.
The center not only functions as a case reception facility but also serves as a communication window between the Chinese community and the police, indicating that the Philippine police are gradually strengthening their response mechanisms to security issues concerning foreigners, especially the Chinese.

Very good, assisting Chinese people, not a single Chinese character.
You'll know the pain when the time comes; they leave work on time, don't work on weekends, what's the use?
Very good, kidnappers no longer commit crimes during half working days.
If there is no one working here by then, it's over.
It's just a facade project, assessment completed.
Kidnapping is too serious now.
Finally did something human.
This is for China, Japan, and Korea, right?
