Is it just my imagination, or are they all like this? I have many Chinese colleagues from different countries and regions around me, including Malaysia, Taiwan, and some from the Golden Triangle.
The Chinese colleagues from the Golden Triangle seem more normal; everyone is open and sincere with each other. However, some of the Chinese colleagues from Malaysia and Taiwan are really two-faced. They laugh and talk in the company, but behind the scenes, they engage in all sorts of schemes and even say things like they look down on mainland Chinese, claiming mainlanders have no manners. In front of the boss, they nod and bow, pretending to be harmless. What's wrong with these two-faced people?
Can't you just focus on your work in the company? Why engage in politics? Please keep your political desires to yourselves.
I can't stand the two-faced people among the Chinese.

Why do you care about what others do when it's your own business?

Endurance is still too poor.
Are you being regionalistic?
Speak the truth

People will befriend you if you have value, regardless of where you are from.
Every company now has many Taiwanese people, all of this style.
There are too many people like this.
Is it not good to look inward? Why do you care what others say or think?
Don't take it too seriously.
Many people think that working for Chinese is just about doing a job, and those superficial flatteries are just part of the work.
You make the most sense.
This is the result of brainwashing in different environments.
To put it simply, it's normal for cultural conflicts to arise due to different educational backgrounds.
This is a matter of quality, do you think it's good to have someone whispering behind your back?
Haha, you just found out?
