Finnish gaming technology company Fennica Gaming has officially obtained a B2B license from the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC), marking another key step in its strategy to expand into the European market. This license will allow Fennica Gaming to distribute its full portfolio of games and services in the Greek market.

As a subsidiary of Veikkaus (the Finnish national betting agency), Fennica is undergoing an important phase of global expansion. In addition to Greece, the company is also actively advancing the licensing process in Sweden and Ontario, Canada, and has successfully partnered with the Belgian National Lottery (Nationale Loterij) to introduce eInstant games to the local market.

In its domestic market of Finland, as the policy of market de-monopolization approaches in 2027, Fennica Gaming has recently established a new game development studio and restructured its management team, aiming to better adapt to the competitive market environment.

The company's CEO, Timo Kiiskinen, stated: "Obtaining the Greek B2B license is an important milestone in our expansion into regulated European markets. We look forward to bringing an interesting and responsible gaming experience to the diverse Greek market with our reliable products."

Fennica first launched its online casino products in December 2024 and entered the French market last year in collaboration with French FDJ. With a series of strategic implementations, Fennica is gradually building its localized service capabilities in several European markets, providing more competitive product solutions to its partners.
