Octoplay announces a partnership agreement with the Danish state-owned gambling operator Danske Spil, aiming to expand its influence in the regulated gambling markets of Scandinavia. According to the agreement, Danish players will soon have access to the full range of Octoplay's gaming content on the Danske Spil platform, following the usual integration process.
As a veteran operator in the Danish market, Danske Spil becomes another significant government-backed partner for Octoplay, following Swedish Svenska Spel, Dutch Jacks.nl, and the UK's Rank Group. Previously, Octoplay also signed a supply agreement with JOI Gaming, further strengthening its position in the Dutch market.
Currently, Octoplay has obtained legal operating licenses in 10 European jurisdictions, including the UK, Sweden, Malta, Italy, Romania, and Belgium, demonstrating strong momentum in market expansion.
It is noteworthy that Octoplay has not yet announced the specific launch date of its games on the Danske Spil platform, but this partnership is a crucial step in its 2025 business strategy. This strategy aims to integrate an average of five new operators per month, striving to establish partnerships with over 80 operators worldwide.
Octoplay adopts a dual-region expansion model, consolidating its network of partnerships in Europe while actively expanding into North America. Recently, the company obtained temporary operating licenses in Michigan and New Jersey, USA, marking its first foray into the regulated North American market.
