Sports Information Services (SIS) has announced a three-year renewal of its partnership agreement with Greyhound Racing Ireland (GRI), extending the agreement until 2028, ensuring the company continues to provide live broadcasts and data services of Irish greyhound racing events to global operators.
Under the new agreement, SIS will broadcast over 500 greyhound races monthly across 10 tracks in Ireland, covering major events including the Irish Derby, the Kirby Memorial, and the Winter Racing Festival. The agreement will also gradually expand to more venues, including the Cambridge County Open, the 400-mile "Fair Warrior" race, and the 2025 UK Derby among other renowned events.
Paul Witten, General Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at SIS, stated: "We are thrilled to continue our partnership with GRI and to provide more exciting content at additional tracks in the future, bringing a richer betting experience to global operators."
Annually, SIS can offer the market more than 24,000 greyhound racing events, delivering complete content through end-to-end services, including live broadcasts, data transmission, screen graphics, and betting trigger interfaces, as well as market pricing and analysis support, meeting the multi-channel needs of retail and online operators.
Tim Lucey, CEO of GRI, mentioned that the continuation of this partnership will help sustain global exposure for Irish greyhound racing and play a crucial role in the sustainable development of the events.
It is noteworthy that in March this year, SIS also extended its horse racing content distribution agreement with Racecourse Media Group, continuing to solidify its leadership in content in the UK and Irish markets.
SIS is currently accelerating its multi-content strategy, incorporating horse racing, esports, and virtual games into its product portfolio, and expanding media production capabilities through partnerships with entities like Betfred, consolidating its position as a global iGaming and retail betting content provider.
