Allwyn and Formula 1 have jointly launched the "F1 Allwyn Global Community Award" to recognize social welfare projects related to F1 events, focusing particularly on education, sustainable development, and community welfare. In 2025, four winning projects will each receive a donation of 100,000 euros at the Grand Prix events in the Netherlands, the United States, Mexico, and Las Vegas.
This newly established award aims to highlight F1-related initiatives that have a positive impact on communities through practical actions. The winners will receive financial support from Allwyn and gain attention and recognition on the international F1 stage. The first award will be presented during the Dutch Grand Prix in August, with the next three winners announced at the events in Austin, Las Vegas, and Mexico City.
The event promoters will select eligible projects operated by teams, partners, and other stakeholders, focusing on their contributions to education, culture, welfare, and environmental protection. Winners will not only receive financial support but also a trophy and a special opportunity to attend an F1 Grand Prix.
Allwyn Group CEO Robert Chvátal stated that collaborating with F1 to create this award is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the company's commitment to the community. F1 President and CEO Stefano Domenicali emphasized that F1 will provide due recognition and global exposure to projects that drive community development and improve the world.
Furthermore, the two companies plan to expand the award to more races in the 2026 season to further enhance the social impact beyond the F1 tracks.
