Recently, a video exposing the "Caitong 5A Town" in Cambodia has been widely spread on social platforms, causing strong public concern. The whistleblower accused the park of becoming a "dark park" with frequent severe violent incidents, not only having private dungeons and torture rooms but also consecutive fatal incidents, claiming that at least two Chinese people have been beaten to death.
According to the whistleblower, his brother was beaten to death by park personnel in the V3 villa area of the town on June 28, with his body covered in bruises, a horrifying sight. He has reported to the police and vowed to seek justice, stating "blood debt must be paid in blood."
Another user claimed that another murder occurred recently, where a female property staff member was beaten to death by park security, and the park tried to block the news. Even more shocking is that the park has "black cells" and "torture rooms" internally, where employees are illegally detained and tortured, suspected of intentional injury and even murder.
This incident has now alarmed the victim's family and they have reported it to the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, raising high alertness towards "dark parks" in Southeast Asia once again. Public opinion calls for a thorough investigation and closure of the park to prevent more innocents from suffering. The town has been controversial before, and now the lives of two people may completely shake its legal foundation.
