Caesars Entertainment announced that its mobile sports betting app operating in Nevada has been upgraded to include a universal digital wallet feature. This wallet allows players to manage funds and Caesars rewards points across 19 jurisdictions in the United States, enabling cross-state account interoperability.
Eric Hession, President of Digital at Caesars, stated that this update is "an important step in the company's strategy to unify customer experiences," offering greater convenience and consistency for users accessing sports betting services in Las Vegas and Nevada.
With this upgrade, users can manage their funds through a single interface and engage in a variety of features including same-game parlays, player props, live betting, and event streaming. Existing Caesars account holders in other states only need to complete account verification at designated locations to activate the Nevada wallet feature.
Caesars also reiterated its commitment to responsible gaming, emphasizing its over-21 betting restriction policy and noting that the company has received RG Check accreditation from the Responsible Gambling Council of Canada.
Additionally, Caesars Entertainment recently partnered with Gaming Realms to launch an exclusive slot game, "Caesars Palace Madness," further enriching its digital product line. The company stated that the promotion plan for the universal wallet will gradually expand to more states to achieve a seamless user experience across all platforms.
