Lottomatica 2025 reports strong revenue growth in the first half of the year, with a turnover of 21.8 billion euros.

Lottomatica Group announced its financial report for the first half of 2025, showing impressive overall business performance with a comprehensive rise in core financial data. According to the latest disclosure, the group's total betting amount reached 21.8 billion euros in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 21%; total gambling revenue (GGR) was 2.36 billion euros, up 13%; and company revenue recorded 1.13 billion euros, a year-on-year rise of 21% (calculated as 15% on a normal dividend basis).

In terms of profit, the adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) reached 422.4 million euros, a year-on-year increase of 33% (17% on a normal dividend basis), demonstrating robust profitability.

In the second quarter, the company's revenue was 543.1 million euros, up 10% year-on-year; of which, the online business performed particularly well, with revenue reaching 223.4 million euros, up 19% year-on-year. The adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was 201.9 million euros, a year-on-year increase of 20%.

Based on the current financial performance, Lottomatica reiterated its full-year revenue forecast for the fiscal year 2025 to be between 2.32 billion and 2.37 billion euros, with adjusted EBITDA expected to be between 840 million and 870 million euros.

Looking back at the first quarter, Lottomatica performed even stronger, with revenue of 585.7 million euros, a year-on-year increase of 33%; online business revenue reached 239.8 million euros, up 59%, and online betting amount also surged by 46%, reaching 7.36 billion euros.

Compared to the same period last year, Lottomatica's betting amount in the first half of the year was 18 billion euros, up 23% year-on-year; revenue was 931.8 million euros, up 20%; and adjusted EBITDA was 317.3 million euros, an increase of 21%. Overall, the company maintained a stable growth trend in the first half of 2025.
