The Quality Mark Responsible Affiliate Organization (QMRA) has officially expanded its certification system to the US market, marking a critical step for European compliance standards on a global scale.
The core of this expansion is the launch of the new "QMRA USA Standards" - a subsidiary compliance framework that aligns with the gambling legislation of various US states, incorporating QMRA's existing responsible gambling standards to set higher thresholds for responsibility and transparency in affiliate marketing.
WSN.com has become the first national affiliate website to receive comprehensive certification under this framework, operated by the renowned marketing company Gentoo Media. This certification was advanced based on the successful pilot in Michigan earlier this year, where Time2Play.com was the first US site to participate.
According to Semrush data, WSN.com receives over 100,000 organic visits per month, demonstrating significant market influence. With this certification, the site will possess stronger compliance signals and user trust in its promotional activities.

Since its inception, the organization has attracted many renowned members, including Game Lounge, Gentoo Media, Leadstar Media, E2 Communications, and iGaming.com, gradually building a compliance network covering multiple countries.
This expansion into the US also signifies QMRA's acceleration of its global strategy. Previously, the organization had begun expanding into other mature markets such as Australia and plans to promote its standards in more jurisdictions in the future.
With the certification of WSN.com, QMRA's "American chapter" officially begins, setting new responsible promotion standards for the local affiliate industry and injecting new momentum into the global trend of gambling compliance.
