Recently, a significant accusation targeting the head of the Bingoplus social gaming department, Ken Lv, has been leaked within the industry, pointing to issues such as interest delivery, huge kickbacks, management disorder, and dismal performance, involving amounts up to millions of yuan, and possibly even touching the legal red lines of the Philippines.
The report claims that Ken Lv has long been diverting company outsourcing resources to "Walkboy" and "Luoshen" companies, collecting kickbacks ranging from 500,000 to 1,000,000 yuan per month. Among them, "Luoshen" is accused of "falsifying numbers and inflating costs," suspected of embezzling company funds through fraudulent accounts.
In terms of performance, the report bluntly states that Ken Lv is incompetent. Under his management, the social gaming department has spent over 20 million yuan in more than a year, but the actual revenue is extremely dismal—only a few hundred pesos per day, leading to continuous losses in the department and severely dragging down the company's overall resources.
The management issues are equally shocking. The report states that Ken Lv practices nepotism, promoting fellow villagers and sycophants while suppressing truly capable employees, resulting in an overstaffed department producing "garbage" games with no competitive market presence. Additionally, he is accused of consistently arriving late and leaving early—departing at 11 AM and returning at 3 PM, completely disregarding basic management norms.
The whistleblower calls for immediate action:
Thoroughly investigate Ken Lv's receipt of kickbacks and recover the illicit gains;
Hold the management accountable and dismiss them from their positions;
Transfer the suspected bribery and embezzlement cases to the Philippine judicial authorities.
Industry insiders warn that if these allegations are true, Bingoplus not only faces internal turmoil but could also evolve into a major scandal involving transnational corporate governance and legal compliance.
