The online betting platform CopyBet has officially joined the Betting and Gaming Council (BGC) in the UK, becoming the latest member of this self-regulatory industry organization. As a member, CopyBet is required to adhere to the high standards of conduct set by the BGC, promoting a safer and more responsible gambling environment.

CopyBet's platform is characterized by allowing users to copy the betting actions of other players and ranks players based on their betting performance and profitability. Founded in 2016, the company offers pre-match and in-play betting services and currently operates under the regulatory license of the UK Gambling Commission.

Anton Ivanov, the Director of Business Development for CopyBet in the UK, stated: "We are very honored to join the Betting and Gaming Council and look forward to working with other members to enhance industry standards and create a safer gambling experience for users."

In addition to joining the BGC, CopyBet has also recently become a member of the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), further demonstrating its commitment to maintaining fairness and transparency in the industry.

It is worth mentioning that CopyBet is also the official partner of the Championship club Queens Park Rangers (QPR), and its brand logo has appeared in the main sponsorship position on the team's jerseys.

The BGC currently represents about 90% of the UK's legal gambling market, covering both retail and online businesses. Grainne Hurst, CEO of the BGC, said: "We are delighted to welcome CopyBet as one of the increasingly diverse members of the BGC. We look forward to working together to continuously improve industry standards."
