Gavin Isaacs steps down as Entain CEO

Gavin Isaacs has left his role as Entain CEO with immediate effect, the gambling operator group has announced. The Ladbrokes and Coral owner did not expand on the move, only to say that Stella David will be stepping back in as interim CEO. David was interim CEO after the departure of Jette Nygaar
