West Virginia lottery launches iPlay programme

In partnership with NeoPollard Interactive, the West Virginia Lottery has launched its new ilottery programme iPlay, powered by the company’s ilottery 360 solution. The NeoSphere platform is at the heart of the solution, which manages the iPlay programme and offers popular games, such as Powerbal
