The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) recently issued a stern warning, alerting the public to be cautious of offshore gambling websites that operate illegally under the guise of being "legal".In the "post-POGO era", despite the Philippines having banned offshore gambling operation
